62 Cents

Yesterday, someone left an envelope in the Blessing Box with 62 cents in it.  It brought to my mind the story of the widow’s mite found in Luke 21:1-4.   I’m grateful to the one who left it because they reminded me why we do what we do.  If you haven’t had an opportunity to help with the Blessing Box and would like to help in some way, contact Marilyn Gladden at 865-414-2314.  Pray for those who are using the food provided, that their needs will be met.  It takes a lot of food to fill the Blessing Box twice daily, but God has been faithful to provide all we have needed through you and others, and we praise Him for that.  Many Bibles are being taken as well.  Pray that those who take them will read them and meet a Savior who loves them.
